Ryan has called Bend home since 2009, but his roots in Central Oregon stretch back more than thirty-five years. He knows the area’s trails, mountains, and hidden outdoor gems because he’s trained on them for decades—preparing for climbing and adventure trips around the world. Before returning to Bend, Ryan built a successful fifteen-year career with Tommy Bahama in California, leading large teams and mastering high-level customer service. His ability to read people, anticipate needs, and deliver results earned him respect throughout the company. Ultimately, quality of life brought him back to Central Oregon. Ryan completed his first real estate transaction in 2003 and continued buying and selling his own properties in California and Arizona before becoming a licensed broker in Oregon. Since then, he has guided first-time buyers, investors, and families through purchases and sales ranging from luxury homes to subdivisions and acreage. As a third-generation Realtor, he also gained hands-on experience in his family’s property management business - working directly with investors, rapidly filling vacancies, and strengthening their returns. Clients value Ryan for his straight talk, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and reliability. He’s informed, accessible, and easy to work with. Outside of real estate, Ryan is an avid backpacker, mountaineer, rock climber, kayaker, backcountry skier, weightlifter, and competitive pickleball player. He also volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and believes in giving back to the community he’s invested in. Whether you’re drawn to Bend’s outdoor lifestyle, its dining scene, or its family-friendly neighborhoods, Ryan is ready to help you buy or sell with confidence. A home purchase or sale should be exciting - not stressful. Ryan and the Bend Premier team will make sure of it.
